International Orders (Europe) As our fulfillment is managed through third-party suppliers, returns for European orders are accepted only in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items. In accordance with EU consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receipt by contacting us at e.brandingbusiness@gmail.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
